What happens after I book?
After the booking is completed, you will receive an automated confirmation of the booking, and within a few hours (or days, if your trip is many weeks in the future!) you will receive a comprehensive email introducing you to your driver, with all their contact information. Also, you will receive a reminder confirmation the day before you arrive. Our drivers know exactly where to find you and what to do in the event of a delayed or cancelled flight, so rest assured that everything will go according to plan.
